Umpiring

Little League runs on volunteer efforts, and like managers and coaches, volunteer umpires are used throughout the season and playoffs in all our leagues in District 12.

To prepare for that, we host an annual Cambrian Park Umpire Clinic. This one-day clinic provides attendees with instruction on the basic umpire mechanics in the 2-man 60-ft field umpire system. Instructors are some of the best umpires in the Western Region (dare we say the US!), all of whom have attended the Umpire Academy in San Bernardino, in addition to holding multiple other accolades, such as Regional or World Series umpiring assignments.

2026 Cambrian Park Umpire Clinic - Sat, February 28th

The clinic is FREE and open to all returning and prospective umpires throughout District 12. Youth umpires must be baseball age 11 (Majors division) and up.
