Spring Registration 2026

Before you start registration, you will need to gather some paperwork, or you will not be able to complete the registration. See below:

1. Documents for address verification: This is necessary regardless of whether you are in our boundaries or not. You will not be able to complete your registration without them. For a list of acceptable documents and the necessary requirements based on your registration, please visit this link. (we most commonly see people submitting the following: 1. Driver's license 2. Water bill 3. Cable bill.)

2. Birth Certificate for the player: Every player will have to upload a copy of their birth certificate for every spring registration. Documents are purged each year for security reasons -- per Little League International rules.

3. Medical Release Form and Concussion Protocol: You will also need to upload your completed medical release form and the concussion protocol. Both can be found here: https://www.cpllbaseball.org/default.aspx?tabid=1952380

4. School Waiver: Not everyone will need this! You only need this if the player is over the age of seven and you live outside the Cambrian Park Little League boundaries but attend school at Fammatre, Farnham, Bagby, Ida Price, St. Francis Cabrini or Steindorf. You will need to complete the school waiver and have it signed by the school principal before you can proceed with registration. 5. Division Choice: Below is a reminder of the divisions, based on little league age. Your registration will give you the options for the proper player age. If you are trying to have your player play up or down for their age (so different than the below and what registration is giving you) then please email: [email protected] for this request.

Divisions (Core ages are Bold)

4 as of 8/31/26: Skills and Drills

5, 6, as of 8/31/26: Tee Ball

6, 7, 8, as of 8/31/26: Single A (if you want to play Single A and are under the age of 7, you must have played a regular season of spring Tee Ball to Play up in Single A)

7, 8, 9 as of 8/31/26: AA

9, 10, 11 as of 8/31/26: AAA

10, 11, 12 as of 8/31/26: Majors

13, 14, 15 as of 8/31/26: Juniors

14, 15, 16 as of 8/31/26: Seniors

6. Volunteers: You will also be prompted to upload your driver's license, Abuse Awareness Certificate PDF, and agree to a background check.

2026 CPLL 8U Volunteer Memorial Tournament

Volunteer Memorial 8U tournament at CPLL - Please register here.

All teams will play a minimum of two games on Saturday in pool play and a minimum of one game on Sunday in single-elimination bracket play. Schedules will be released when registration closes, around the beginning of July.

Please note, YOU DO NOT NEED TO ENTER ALL PLAYERS INTO YOUR REGISTRATION HERE IN SPORTS CONNECT. The registration you complete is all we need online.

When registering, you pick "register myself," then "Volunteer or Team Staff," and it takes you through the tournament registration and adds it to your cart. Then click on the cart to complete payment.

NOTE: We prefer payment by credit card; however, an option to pay by check is available during registration by entering the Coupon Code: CHECK2026 at checkout. If you choose this option, please send a $750 payment to Cambrian Park Little League at: CPLL, PO Box 24645, San Jose, CA 95154. Write the team name on the check. If the check is not received by July 1st, we will cancel the registration.

Volunteer Memorial 8U tournament at CPLL Paperwork:

At check-in for the tournament, you will show our volunteer:

A birth certificate or passport (copy is OK) for each player to show that the player is no older than 8 as of August 31st, 2018
A Risk Assessment (to be completed by EACH player)
Waiver (one copy to be signed by each player's guardian)
A certificate of insurance (samples viewed here- School District and Little League) for your team for BOTH Cambrian Park Little League AND Cambrian Park School District, OR a copy of your Little League's Insurance (this tournament will be registered as a special event with LL International)

We will send these around to each registered team as the tournament approaches.
